The WILD Reset is a free monthly workshop series for women who want to improve their mental well-being, manage stress, and live with greater self-trust and purpose. Led by Myriam Martinez, Art Therapist & Creative Well-being Coach, these sessions are grounded in neuroscience, mindfulness, and the empowering WILD Woman framework: Wake up to your life, Ignite your inner knowing, Love yourself fiercely, and Dare to be unapologetically you.
