About Myriam Martinez

For more than 25 years, I have worked at the intersection of mental health, leadership, and organizational performance.

I began my career as a licensed psychotherapist and registered art therapist, supporting individuals and families through stress and major life transitions. Over time, I noticed a pattern. Many high-achieving professionals were outwardly successful while quietly managing burnout, self-doubt, and a nagging sense that something about how they operated didn't match how everyone said it should.

For a lot of them, that pattern had a name they hadn't found yet: ADHD, autism, AuDHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, or another neurodivergent profile, sometimes diagnosed for the first time as adults, sometimes still an open question they were finally ready to explore.

That pattern shaped the evolution of my work.

Today, I'm a leadership coach, executive coach, and organizational consultant. I partner with neurodivergent and highly sensitive professionals, and with the organizations they lead, who want sustainable performance built on real self-understanding instead of sheer force of will.

Why This Work Is Personal

As a Latina leader and neurodivergent professional, I have navigated environments that required both strength and adaptation.

I know the pressure to overperform. I understand the exhaustion that comes from carrying responsibility without adequate support. I have also seen what becomes possible when leaders learn to understand their own brain, trust their own thinking, and build systems that support diverse minds.

That lived experience informs my commitment to neurodiversity coaching and inclusive leadership consulting. It shapes how I help organizations create environments where people can perform without masking or burning out.

My Approach

I bring clinical insight and lived experience into practical leadership work:

  • Coaching neurodivergent and highly sensitive professionals through the emotional experience of a late or newly confirmed diagnosis

  • Rebuilding confidence and leadership presence around how your brain works, not how you were told it should

  • Practical strategies for real challenges: time blindness, overwhelm, masking fatigue, decision paralysis

  • Organizational consulting and leadership development that builds neuroinclusive, psychologically safe workplaces

  • Sustainable performance built on self-understanding, not sheer willpower

The Work I Do Now

I work with individuals through leadership coaching that strengthens confidence, self-trust, and sustainable decision-making.

I work with organizations through consulting and leadership development that reduces burnout, supports neurodivergent talent, and builds long-term leadership capacity.

My focus is steady and practical: understand the brain in front of you, then build the systems and skills around it.

This is the work I do every day, with individuals and organizations ready to lead with clarity and self-trust.
