I help women in midlife rediscover their WILD by prioritizing their whole body well-being. This means that I guide you in connecting with your whole self: mind, body, heart, and spirit so that you can experience balance, success and well-being.

I care about how you treat yourself. The words you use, the thoughts you have. I know how easily you can get in your own way of what you really want. I get it. I’ve been there. And I want to help you find your WILD and live your life, as defined by you and only you.

W – Wake up to your life! Take ownership of your life and its direction. Curate your life to you and your needs. Self-responsibility is a powerful force.
I - Ignite your Inner knowing. Tap into your Goddess given wisdom. Trust in yourself. Develop creative expression practices that keep your deeply connected to yourself and that build your self-confidence and empowerment.
L - Love yourself fiercely. Treat and regard yourself with the kindness, love and care that you would offer a loved one. Active self-compassion self-kindness, self-awareness of your needs, prioritization of your well-being...these are all tools to help you love yourself.
D - Dare to be unapologetically you. There’s only one person you can be. Know who you are, accept and embrace all the parts of you. Accept yourself exactly as you are, a little imperfect and messy, yet still deserving of love and compassion.
