Reconnect in Nature: A WILD Woman Art Experience
We will gather together in community amongst the nurturance of nature and engage in intentional art activities that promote mindfulness, intention, and connection with self.
What to Expect...
Connection:
We’ll begin with a warm and welcoming connection circle. An opportunity to get to introduce yourself, share your intentions, meet like-minded women, and set the stage for your day.
Gentle Nature Hike:
We’ll then embark on a gentle hike through the natural landscape. This will be an opportunity to let the sights, sounds, and scents of nature inspire and ground you, preparing your mind and body for the creative process ahead.
Art-Making Session:
We’ll return to our creative space, where you’ll dive into an immersive art-making experience. Regardless of your artistic ability, this session is designed to help you tap into your inner creativity, reduce stress, and foster a deeper connection with yourself.
