The Booster - 3 one hour sessions spread over 5 weeks - $850 

 

The Deeper Dive - 6 one hour sessions spread out over 12 weeks- $1500

 

After our initial discovery call, if you decide to get in the driver’s seat and invest in yourself, I will provide you with an initial questionnaire that will inform us both about where you are and where you want to go. 

 

From there, I will create an individualized program that is tailored to your specific needs and goals. I will act as your cheerleader, support person, motivator, and accountability ally. As we move through our work together I will provide you with questionnaires and exercises to feed your momentum and keep you motivated and inspired. I will also provide you with email support in between sessions. As a way to ensure accountability, we will schedule our future working sessions in advance.
