  • believing art is for "real" artists or for kids and how could it possibly help?

WHY ART?

Art making has been proven to decrease stress and improve well-being. It is NOT about art ability or skill at all. Whether you consider yourself an artist or not, is irrelevant. 

 

It is also not about the product and how "good" it is. It is about the process itself and how it alleviates stress and helps you slow down and be more present and calm. 

Since earliest human history we have been using art

to express ourselves. It is part of our human essence and experience to use art as a tool and resource in our lives.
 

In this FUN and interactive virtual workshop (or in-person workshop!) you will learn:​

  • the science behind art as a stress busting tool

  • how moving at fast speeds actually interferes in your success

  • strategies to slow your body down and experience more calm 

  • how WILD art making can help you decrease stress and improve well-being

 

Incorporating both sides of the brain is essential for well-being and balance. Spending too much time in our left brain thinking, does not fully support our growth, development and wellness.

 

Join me in learning an alternative, holistic and powerful tool for managing stress and improving your whole-body well-being so that you can feel empowered and confident to take on whatever challenge life or business may bring.
